Event Day Procedure

Reindeer Run HQ

Reindeer Run HQ will be located outside Barclays Bank CF14 1QX in the centre of the Village and will be clearly signposted

Please print off your entry invoice and bring it with you between 09:00 until 18:30 on the day of the event (Saturday 2nd December) to collect your run pack

As it is likely to be very busy closer to the start time please make sure you collect your run pack in plenty of time

Everybody can receive an RNLI Reindeer Run T-shirt (size selection at point of registration)

1. VERY IMPORTANT - YOU MUST WEAR THE T-SHIRT TO START THE EVENT
and if possible the antlers and flashing nose !!!

2. CHECK IN
Please arrive at least 1 hour before the 19:30 start time

3. WARM UP
The warm up will start at 19.00 and will help to get everyone in the Reindeer Run Spirit!

4. START & ROUTE
Start Time 19:30
The route will be clearly marked and marshalled
The route is mostly over a smooth road surface, however this surface maybe slippery due to the time of year, so please take care and wear the appropriate footwear

5. FINISH
The Finish gantry is on Merthyr Rd in Whitchurch Village

6. POST RACE
We have loads of things taking place before and after the Race (YOU are the main Attraction)
One Mile Fun Run - Christmas Parade - Street Performers - Live Music - Street Food Festival - Festive Finale

This is NOT an entry fee for the Whitchurch Reindeer Run;
